West Fife Villages 15 - Summer Playscheme 2010

West Fife Villages 15 is a play scheme which runs over the summer break for six weeks.

They use six centres in the West of Fife villages and run from 10.00 am to 3.00pm Monday to Thursday and on Friday, from 10.00am to 4.00pm.

Children enjoy various educational and interesting outings over the summer break on Fridays.

Arts and crafts and sports and baking are all part of the children’s day and the Police and the Fire Brigade sometimes visit and have a chat with the children.

A mini bus is provided to transport the children to and from home and this is on a ‘first come first serve’ basis and an escort is present on the mini-buses.

West Fife has low incomes in some areas and an effort is made to keep fees as low as possible for a place on the play scheme.
Fees for first child are £20.00 and for second child, £15.00 per week.

The scheme includes children in Primary 1 to Primary 7 from the following schools.
Blairhall, Carineyhill, Crombie, Culross, Holy Name RC, Inzievar, Kincardine, Saline, St Serfs, Torryburn and Tulliallan

Week 1 - Monday 5th to Friday 9th July @ Valleyfield Centre

Week 2 - Monday 12th to Friday 16th July @ Oakley Centre

Week 3 - Tuesday 20th to Friday 23 July @ Kincardine Centre

Week 4 - Monday 26th July to Friday 30th July @ Saline Centre

Week 5 - Monday 2nd August to Friday 6th August @ Blairhall Centre

Week 6 - Monday 9th August to Friday 13th August @ Carnock Centre
